About

I've worked the same way my entire career: sit with the people living the experience, build with them, and test before committing. At Klaviyo, I was handed a broad directive to bring AI into email creation, so I started by watching how customers built emails before deciding what AI should generate and when. I believe that how we build is just as important as what we build.

These days I build with Claude Code, Cursor and v0, and open my own pull requests for engineers to review.
